Get Wet Surf School
Along with our daily beach lessons, held morning and afternoon at one of the Gold Coasts most uncrowded beaches, we offer our wave pool lessons mornings, prior to White Water World opening to the public. We are really excited to be able to offer the very first “night surf lessons” commencing this summer, under lights in the wave pool.
Our beach lessons are held just a few short kilometres north of Surfers Paradise at The Spit. This is one of the last undeveloped areas on the Gold Coast and it is a true locals spot.
Protected by the Seaway wall, the spit provides perfect conditions for beginners and intermediates. We hold 2 hour group lessons, with no more than 6 students per coach, daily at 10am and 1pm with all equipment supplied. We also provide complimentary transport to and from the beach for your guests.
If you are after something more personalised, we also hold private lessons at a time to suit them.
Alternately the wave pool offers a safe, fun environment for people of all ages and fitness levels to learn the skills of surfing with perfect controlled waves and heated water in winter.
Wave pool surfing allows your guests to gain skill and confidence before they hit the beach. Lesson Packages include park entry to White Water World or Dreamworld, even Two World entry.
We pride ourselves on our safety first motto. We provide one surf coach per six students, where other surf schools operate by council recommendations of 8 students per surf coach. Our classes incorporate a great balance between the skills necessary to ride a board, surf safety, evaluating conditions and surf etiquette. But most of all, our students have tonnes of fun.
